Weekend Update

I had the majority of the weekend to myself. Brady was in Oregon with his family all week. He didn't get home until late Saturday night. It was nice to get some things checked off my to-do list, but I did get a bit bored.

I got off work early on Friday and had just enough time to squeeze in a run before it got dark outside. Then, I went to Brent and Molly's to hang out and watch Christmas movies.

Had to stop by Nordstrom on way to Molly's
I was running some errands on Saturday morning and stumbled across the Proctor District Farmer's Market. I picked up some beautiful fall flowers and met Santa :) I spent the rest of the afternoon (and well into the evening) reading my new book, The Husband's Secret.
Chestnut Praline Latte!
Beautiful ornaments
The cutest shop with all things PNW
Of course I meet Santa on the day I run out with wet hair and no makeup
Sunday was cold and frosty! Brady and I went for a long walk to enjoy the winter vibes. It felt like home! We got home, turned the fireplace on, watched Saving Private Ryan, and did some online shopping.

Christmas List

I've been working on Christmas list and here's what I've gathered...

1 | Tory Burch Minnie Flats are so comfortable! I tried them on in Nordstrom a few weeks ago, but they only had the black pair. I really want this aubergine color. I think they will be nice to alternate with my Tieks.
2 | I've been wanting the Jo Malone Dark Amber & Ginger Lily cologne for over a year now. It's very expensive and I don't know if it's worth the price, but it smells so amazing! I have to stop by the Jo Malone counter at every department store just to confirm my love for this scent.
3 | Brady and I have been prepping for a snowboard-filled winter. Fingers-crossed, the weather cooperates! I have nearly all my gear except for gloves and googles. My mom already told me she got the googles. These Burton Gore-Tex Gloves get good reviews.
4 | I recently picked up an AQUA cashmere sweater in the Bloomingdale's sale and it has quickly become my favorite. It's so soft and keeps it's shape. It's also the perfect length. I could definitely use a couple more, especially this grey color.
5 | Brady and I always talk about getting a GoPro. I think we'll finally get one this winter for a few trips we have planned. I'm really excited to film some dives in the Bahamas, but Brady wants it more for skiing/snowboarding. We haven't decided on the model, but leaning towards the Black Hero 3.

Weekend Update

I went to the Tacoma Comedy Club with Brent and Molly on Thursday night to see Sarah Colonna. She was hilarious! Molly and I loved it!
Apparently Sarah Colonna's fiancé plays for the Seahawks. Brent was more excited to meet him.
This should be a good read.
Friday night was very relaxed. Brady and I stayed in and watched Harry Potter. I love nights like this :)
Caitlin's favorite wine.
Tim and Kara had people over to their house on Saturday night. We sat around chatting and playing games. It was a lot of fun.
