Unknown - I'm afraid to weigh myself after this vacation.
Symptoms:
Hip pain and a new onset of lower back pain. I'm hoping the back pain is due to sleeping in a different bed the past week and I'll recover when we get home. The migraines and nosebleeds have drastically improved. I'm so grateful!
Cravings/Aversions:
Fish tacos (with hot sauce) were a reoccurring theme on our Maui vacation. I am loving hot and spicy food! This is a far cry from my usual (bland) diet. Brady is always surprised to see what I order from restaurants these days. My sweet tooth is slowly coming back... dessert is sounding better each day.
Maternity Clothes:
I am loving Leith dresses from Nordstrom - my two favorites are here and here. They're non-maternity, but have so much stretch I'm confident they'll last me throughout this pregnancy. I'm still wearing a lot of GAP maternity.
Exercise:
I've been better the past two weeks... 2-4 days of cardio and one day of strength training and pregnancy yoga. I'm following the YouTube Tonic channel for pregnancy yoga and I feel so much better after 15 minutes of these gentle exercises and stretches.
Sleep:
Still sleeping well and waking very little in the night to use the bathroom. My dreams are much more vivid... I have to remind myself they aren't real the following morning.
Special Moments:
A lot more movement, but Brady hasn't felt it yet.
