Seattle, WA {Plus a Life Update}

Sorry for the lack of posts these past couple days!

We got back to Iowa late Monday night. Then I had to drive two hours back to Boone Tuesday morning. Overall, it's been an exhausting five days. I'm trying to recover, but Brady and I are in the midst of major, life-changing decisions.

To be honest, our little Seattle trip was for business and pleasure. We each had multiple interviews in the surrounding areas and also took some time to check out a few places to live. However, we did get some time to sightsee over the weekend.

Here's a little overview of our trip...
My second worst travel experience
The cutest condos in downtown Kirkland
The shopping was amazing
Sushi and truffle fries is a winning combo
Signatures and organic chemistry... this is what we do in brew pubs
Colorful bouquets at Pike Place Market
The original Starbucks with a line down the block
The most creative street lights!
Found another one :)
Lunch at Lowell's overlooking the Puget Sound
Lowell's famous Dungeness crab cake roll
Lake Washington in Kirkland
Point Ruston in Tacoma, WA
Chambers Bay Golf Course
Brady was pretty stoked, but desperate to play. Apparently they will host the 2015 U.S. Open
